1. Energy Efficiency Package
   Permanent Magnet Synchronized Motor (PMSM) has been proven in multiple applications to save nearly 7% energy compared with asynchronous motors, even from globally renowned brands. In addition, vacuum pumps are controlled by frequency inverters, ensuring stable vacuum calibration with flexible power adjustment instead of constant full-power operation.

2. Long Service Life Design
   During the motor and screw selection process, we consider long-term production conditions. Optimized motor–screw matching combined with anti-wear treatment for barrel and screw ensures at least 1 year of wear resistance under continuous 24-hour production.

3. Backup Pumps
   Each calibration tank is equipped with a backup water pump and a backup vacuum pump. In case of pump failure, the backup automatically takes over, allowing operators to check the system without interrupting production.

4. Safety & Easy Operation Platform
   Two extruders are installed on a raised platform. Since large pipe extrusion requires a high center line, the platform ensures safe and convenient access for operators to adjust both extruders. Though this design costs more, it significantly improves daily operation and long-term maintenance efficiency over the full life cycle of the line.
