Poland Pipe Belling Machine with Integrated Weighing Project Case

A mid-sized plastic pipe manufacturer in Poland required a belling solution that could provide additional quality reference after pipe end forming. The customer aimed to verify material consistency at the pipe end while maintaining a compact machine structure and stable production process.

Based on the production requirement, a pipe belling machine with integrated weighing at the same belling station was supplied. The machine completes heating, forming, and cooling in one station, followed by weight measurement after the belling process without moving the pipe to a separate unit.

During commissioning, the timing between belling completion and weighing was adjusted to ensure stable measurement conditions. The weighing function was configured to record weight data after each completed belling cycle, providing consistent reference values for process evaluation.

After being put into regular production, the machine operated reliably under daily manufacturing conditions. The customer reported stable belling quality, smooth operation, and practical weight data for monitoring material usage at the pipe end.
