1. Feeding System

   The machine is equipped with a stable feeding structure to ensure continuous material input. The feeding speed can be adjusted according to output demand, supporting steady production.

2. Grinding Chamber

   The core grinding unit consists of high-speed rotating and fixed grinding discs. Materials are processed into fine powder through impact and shearing force inside the chamber. The disc gap is adjustable, allowing control over final powder size.

3. Cooling System

   To maintain stable processing temperature, the pulverizer adopts an air cooling system. This design helps protect heat-sensitive materials and ensures consistent powder quality during long-term operation.

4. Powder Classification

   An integrated screening structure ensures that only qualified powder passes through. Oversized particles are automatically returned to the grinding area for further processing, guaranteeing uniform fineness.

5. Dust Collection
