This is the fourth belling machine that he has purchased from our company. Thanks to the expanding of his company, they determined to have another belling machine. By the way, some spar parts of another production line are needed.
No matter what machine it is, we will make trail experiment and take videos to the customer before packing and shipping. This procedure ensures the stable running when the machine handover to customer. Any problems during the trail running will be researched and solved.
This belling machine can make the socket for two pipes simultaneously which is more effective. The cross-section of the belled pipe is round and smooth. We have adjusted the position of the rubber holder ensuring the pipe facing to the belling machine directly. This whole trail experiment is inspected by our experienced engineer.
Due to the special shipping routes that choose Poland as the transfer, we make the wooden brackets for the belling machine and wooden boxes for the spar parts. After several filming and checking, the equipment was ready to shipment.
At the early morning of November 11th, the container driver was arrived. Our workers rechecked seriously and handled all the machine by crane. All the shipping process is rigorous and serious. Since then, the handover project is finished successfully. After 1-2 month, our machine will sail cross the ocean and arrive at the destination seaport.
