Professional Wood Plastic Profile Flooring Composite Board Extrusion Production Line with top-brand components ensuring long operational lifetime.
This extrusion line is widely used for producing various WPC profiles, including:

The complete process flow: PP/PE/PVC + wood powder + additive → mixing material feeder → twin screw extruder → mould → calibration table → cutting unit → discharge rack.
This WPC profile extrusion line features a conical twin screw extruder with degassing system for excellent material plasticization. The mould and calibrator utilize wearable materials, while the haul-off and cutter machines can be designed as complete units or separate machines.
