High-Speed Plastic HDPE PPR Pipe Making Machine
Advanced manufacturing solution for producing high-quality plastic pipes used in water supply, drainage, irrigation, gas distribution, electrical conduits, and duct systems. This versatile machine supports diameters from 16mm to 1600mm and is compatible with HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) materials, ensuring durability, flexibility, and corrosion resistance.
Production Process
Material Feeding & Mixing
Raw materials (PPR/PVC pellets, additives) are automatically fed into the hopper and mixed uniformly.
Extrusion & Melting
The material is conveyed into the screw extruder, where it is heated, melted, and homogenized under controlled temperatures.
Molding & Shaping
The molten plastic passes through a die head to form pipes/profiles, then enters a vacuum calibration tank for precise sizing and cooling.
Cooling & Solidification
The shaped product moves through a water cooling tank to harden and stabilize its structure.
Hauling & Cutting
A puller draws the product at a steady speed, and an auto cutter trims it to the required lengths.
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes/profiles are collected by a stacking machine and packed for storage/shipment.
