Twin Screw PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine 42KW Speed 20m / Min
Advantages of PVC pipes:
1. Excellent in chemical corrosion, no rust;

3. Excellent in anti-aging, can be used 20years to 50 years between the temperature from subzero 15 to
60 degrees Celsius;
4. Wall is smooth, inner wall surface tension, it is difficult to form scale, the fluid transport capacity of
43.7% higher than the cast iron pipe;
5. The weight is light, easy to flaring, bonding, bending, welding, pipe installation workload is only 1 /
2 to the steel pipes, low labor intensity, short duration;
6. Good electrical properties of resistance, volume resistance of 1 to 3 x 105Ω.cm, a breakdown voltage
23 to 2kv/mm;
7. The toughness of PVC pipe is low, the linear expansion coefficient is high, operating temperature range
is narrow.

1. Special structure design of screw and dies and convenience in changing mould blocks solve
the problem of easy-worn of screw and barral, as well as the difficulty in forming of plastic resin.
2. Corrugator adopts closed water cooling structure, closed forming blocks chain, and special design
of rail, which will make all blocks matching correctly, running stably . You even couldn’t see the
connecting line on the surface of pipe. Cooling water is cycling inside the corrugator, it will make the
cooling speed fast, so the production speed of pipe will be raised highly .
Meanwhile, the corrugator adopts building blocks design, we can use same basis structure but
different forming length of corrugator. The longer forming length of corrugator, the more output of
pipe . We can make different forming length corrugator according to different cusotmers’ needs.
