Automatic Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line High Speed Conical Twin Screw Extruder
A conical twin-screw extruder is a professional equipment to extrude PVC/ composite mixture of PVC.
Equipped with different die heads, downstream equipment, it can be applied for manufacturing of pipe, profile, composite profile, panel, sheet and pelletizing, etc... It consists of the following items:
- Driving motor: equipped with a famous brand motor as a driving source
- Gearbox: equipped with a famous brand gearbox to ensure the maximum output of the power
- Screw & barrel: it is made of bi-metallic. The screw core is equipped with the device of temperature regulation of oil as medium and the barrel is equipped with an air blower as a cooling device. The designing of screw and barrel will adapt the reasonable and optimal structure based on the characteristics of the formula of raw material ensure to get the plasticizing and melt stream for plastics.
- Control system: equipped with famous brand electrical components ensure to get accurate control.

2. Our production line be equipped with innovotive screw stroge mould, this mould effective overcomes instantaneous flucuation of extrusion pressure. Achieve stable extrusion of materials at high speed and constant pressure.
3. Our production line mainly adopt programmable control system controls the entire line, effective improve the entire line sychronism and operablity. Can save time, manpower , and can help admistrator to know the machine well.
4. Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts ,electric parts and operation parts. High pressure double crank to control the die opening and closing. Running in a high automatization and intellectualization,no pollution. Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine.
