Single Screw Double Stage PE Plastic Pelletizing Machine With PLC Control System
QUICK DEATIL :
Feeding materials onto the Belt Conveyor materials being pre-heated, cut and compacted in the Cutter
Compactor /Agglomerating machine being squeezed evenly in the Extruder coming out from the machine
head after venting and filtering system Hydraulic screen changer being cut by Water ring pelletizing sytem
being dried by Dewatering system being trasnferred into the Silo the End.
Description:
1. The production line consists of one conical forced feeding extruder, one single screw extruder, vacuum air
venting device, fast net changing device and granule cutting device. The feeding part of the extruder is
enlarged. The compressor has large volume compression ratio. The vacuum suction device at the connection
parts can effectively exhaust the volatizing air in the material. The waste materials can be extruded directly.
2. The materials after heat mixing can be got into cool mixer for cooling automatically,exhausts remaining
gases and prevent agglomeration. Its has self-friction and electric heating functions. Dual-sealing is adopted in
the pot cover. Pot cover of cooling machine adopts arch cover,which can avoid deforming.
It has features of compact structure and good-looking appearance. They have passed dynamic and static
balance test.
