Product Description
PVC pipes are widely applied due to their numerous advantages:

The pipe production process begins with raw material preparation. Customers can mix PVC powder with additives themselves. The mixture is fed into the extruder where it is plasticized and extruded into the mold. The material is shaped by the mold and emerges as pipe. The hot, soft pipe exiting the mold is calibrated and cooled in the vacuum calibration tank using a vacuum sleeve. Further cooling occurs in the cooling tank. A haul-off unit then pulls the pipe away from the extruder. Finally, the pipe is cut to defined lengths and packaged for transport.
