The screw diameter of the metering section is small, reducing the heat transfer area and the shear speed of the melt, so that the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature.

(5) The distribution gearbox is set, and the driving torque is evenly distributed to each screw through the distribution gearbox.
(6) Cast aluminum electric heater is used for barrel heating, with long service life and convenient installation and disassembly.
(7) Strong air cooling is adopted for barrel cooling, with small temperature fluctuation.
(8) The main motor can be adjusted steplessly and conveniently by using AC frequency conversion device.
(9) The frequency converter has many kinds of protection measures to prevent the damage of the parts.
