Production Description
This PVC Pipe Production Line consists of high-speed mixing group, conical twin screw extruder, molds, vacuum diameter calibrating cooling water tank, haul-off, ink printer, saw cutter, stacker, and other components.
The line features unique screw design with short material remaining time in the barrel, providing excellent compounding and plasticizing effect. It incorporates a high-quality reduction box with nice outline, stable running and low noise. Finned ceramic heaters for barrel heating and air cooling system ensure precise temperature control. Vacuum degassing system removes moisture and volatile gases from materials, guaranteeing superior product quality. The main motor uses silicon controlled DC speed regulator or variable frequency speed regulator, providing stable torque output and stepless speed regulation. Suitable for processing PVC or UPVC powder.

Main Components of Production Line
Conical Twin-Screw Extruder: Equipped with forced fixed-quantity material feeding system, automatic temperature control system, vacuum exhaust system and automatic speed control system. This structure ensures accurate material temperature control, plasticization stability and greatly improves production speed. The main motor is direct converter or frequency converter.
PVC Extruding Molds: Made from high quality 40Cr material. Mold surfaces are polished and chrome plated. Features multiple head spiral structure with low melt pressure. Maintains low temperature even during high quantity extrusion.
Vacuum Calibrating Water Tank: Body material is high hardness, quality stainless steel board with high-pressure resistance and corrosion-resistance. Two-stage design for large diameter pipes. Electricity controls water temperature. Nozzle material is ABS engineering plastic. Three-dimensional adjustable frame with cycloid reducer drive for front-to-back movement and screw adjustment for up/down and left/right movement.
Water Spray Cooling Tank: Stainless steel body with transparent soft PVC curtain shade. Stainless steel float adjusts water level with electric water temperature control. ABS engineering plastic nozzles.
Haul-off Machine: Frequency conversion approach with chain-driven traction frames ensuring simultaneous track movement. Features pneumatic flexibility clamping.
Cutting Machine: Planetary cutting for large diameters. Blade rotates while cutting part and inserting blade part revolve. Includes angle cutting structure, pneumatic aluminum half clamping and cleaning device.
Control System: Available with Siemens PLC intelligent controlling system or ordinary controlling system using Siemens electrical parts and Omron temperature controller. Simple operation.
