Applications of Multi-Layer Pipe Production Line
Multi-layer pipes are produced by co-extrusion pipe line. This production line utilizes special craft processes that reduce raw material costs while creating pipes with enhanced functional features.
For example, recycled material can be used as the middle layer to produce PE thick wall pipes, significantly reducing material costs. For hot water supply pipes, the production line can incorporate PP-R layers along with additional structural layers including glass fiber, providing excellent application features and performance characteristics.
