Short Description:
WPC profile is widely used and has good market in the whole world. For the WPC(PP/PE+ wood powder) profile, the weight is heavy so that the haul-off part is unnecessary. For the two layer WPC profile, a 65/132 conical twin screw extruder and another 65/28 single screw extruder is best design. The 65/132 (37kw) extruder is main extruder and responsible to the inner layer. The single screw focuses on the cover. Our extrusion line motor adopts -beide. The inverter is ABB inverter. It is famous in the whole world and has good after-sale service. All the connection is true SUS304. It ensures the life-long time working time and good performance. We have 6 meters long calibration table and the cutte has left and right pressing device. The line adopts saw cutter. This way is simple and durable performance. After the wpc profile produced, we have offline sanding machine. After processing by this machine, the wpc profile surface will be tough. It will be used as floor and avoid slipping.
