Production Process
PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum and cooling tank → spraying cooling machine → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack or pipe belling machine.

Twin Screw Extruder Machine
Crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency and machine durability. Conical twin screw extruder design caters to raw materials feature ensuring homogeneous mixture, better plastification and conveying efficiency.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
Two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank use stainless 304 steel. Excellent vacuum system ensures precise sizing for pipes.
Haul-off Unit
Three crawler tracks ensure stable and steady pipe running. Haul-off units can make tailored hauling model based on production requirements by adjusting general control.
Cutting Unit
High accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting length. With PLC control system, can be cut manually according to specific application requirements.
