315mm Water Pipe Extrusion Making Machine Plastic PE Pipe Production Line
APPLICATION:
For the polyethylene pipe production line, the raw material is PE pellets. We have vacuum sucking loder and hopper dryer to ensure the raw material with the best performance and dry of humidity. For the polyethylene pipe extrusion line, we choose 65/33 55kw extruder ensuring 250-300kg/h output. The mould is 40Cr with copper calibrators. The vacuum tank is 9 meters long and spraying cooling tank is also 9 meters long. The length of the vacuum and cooling tank ensures enough cooling for the produced PE pipe. We used best quality nozzles and stainless steel tank. The Saw cutter has servo motor and hydralic to shorten the cutter working circle.

PE Pipe Extrusion Line Process Flow
PE granules-material feeder-single screw extruder-mould and calibrator-vacuum forming machine-two-staged spraying cooling machine-haul-off machine-knife cutter-stacker.
Material Preparation
Resin Handling: PE (Polyethylene) resin pellets are dried (if necessary) and conveyed to the extruder hopper.
Extrusion
Melting & Plasticizing: Resin is fed into the extruder barrel, where a rotating screw melts and homogenizes the material
Pipe Sizing & Calibration
Vacuum Sizing Tank: The hot pipe enters a vacuum tank to solidify its outer diameter (OD) and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Pulling & Haul-Off
Haul-Off Unit: Motorized caterpillar tracks pull the pipe at a controlled speed, synchronizing with extrusion output.
Cutting & Stacking
Cutting Saw: An automatic cutter slices the pipe to specified lengths (e.g., 6m, 12m).
Quality Control
Wall Thickness Monitoring: Ultrasonic/laser sensors verify uniformity.
