PE Pipe Extrusion Process Flow
PE granules → Material feeder → Single screw extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Two-staged spraying cooling machine → Haul-off machine → Knife cutter → Stacker
Production Stages
  • Material Preparation: PE resin pellets are dried and conveyed to the extruder hopper
  • Extrusion: Resin is fed into the extruder barrel where a rotating screw melts and homogenizes the material
  • Pipe Sizing & Calibration: Hot pipe enters vacuum tank to solidify outer diameter and ensure dimensional accuracy
  • Pulling & Haul-Off: Motorized crawler tracks pull pipe at controlled speed synchronized with extrusion output
  • Cutting & Stacking: Automatic cutter slices pipe to specified lengths (6m, 12m)
  • Quality Control: Ultrasonic/laser sensors verify wall thickness uniformity
