APPLICATION:
The pipe made by this line is widely used for water supply and radiate floor heating in houses, shopping mall, hospital, stadium, and countries.
This production line adopts Europe's advanced technology with the feature of unique structure, leading configuration, high automation, and easy operation. The extruder screw adopts BM's high-efficiency type with big output, good plasticizing, nice stability, and excellent reliability.
The main screw adopts BM's high-efficiency type, and the output is fast and plasticized well.
The wall thickness of pipe products is precisely controlled and very less waste of raw materials.
Tubular extrusion special mold, water film high-speed sizing sleeve, equipped with integrated flow control valve with scale. Servo-controlled high-speed double-belt haul-off unit, supporting high-speed chipless cutter and winder, adapt to high-speed production operation. A dual pipe extrusion line can double the output and occupy less factory space.
Pipes produced by this machine has moderate rigidity, and strength, as well as good flexibility anti-rot anti-stress split, and favorable hot melting making this large diameter pipe, considered the preferred product for water and gas transportation system in cities.
This pipe owns even and equal co-extrusion wall thickness, the inner and outer walls made of double-anti material (Anti-flammable, anti-static electricity) the core layer of HDPE wall, reasonably reducing the costs of double-anti material, accordingly reducing the costs of the whole product

Vacuum & Cooling Tank
The vacuum and cooling tank cool and dry extruded pipe to help maintain ovality and pipe uniformity.
Haul Off (Puller) Machine
A pipe haul off machine pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through the vacuum and cooling tank.
Cooling & Sizing
The pipe passes through a water cooling tank to solidify the structure.
Sizing sleeves or vacuum calibrators ensure precise diameter and wall thickness.
Pulling & Cutting
A haul-off unit (caterpillar puller) grips and pulls the pipe at a controlled speed.
An automatic cutting machine (saw or guillotine) cuts the pipe to the desired length.
This automated process ensures high efficiency, precision, and durability in producing PE corrugated pipes for drainage, cable protection, and other industrial applications.
