APPLICATION:
PE Plastic Water Supply Pipe Extrusion Line adopt high speed extruder with high efficient,energy saving. The extruder have water recycled inside with metering material loading device;
The single-screw extruder and the traction machine adopt imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the vacuum pump and traction motor are all made of high quality products. The tractor is driven by two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, eight claws, ten claws, and twelve claws. Available with chipless cutting, saw blade cutting or planetary cutting, the unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency.

Features of the production line:
1. The mold adopts spiral runner design, with uniform distribution of each layer and no fusion line.
2.The extruders are driven by servo motors with precise control and stable material output.
3. Cooling water circuit adopts internal and external self-circulation, independent of each other, preventing water from being polluted.
4. The traction cutting is driven by servo motor, and controlled accurately, to ensure that the cut product incision is flat and the length is consistent.
Process flow:
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
Extrusion
The single-screw extruder melts and homogenizes the PE material, then pushes it through a pipe die head to form a continuous pipe shape. Temperature zones are precisely controlled for optimal melting.
Vacuum Calibration
The molten pipe enters a vacuum sizing tank, where it is cooled and precisely shaped under negative pressure to ensure accurate outer diameter and wall thickness.
Cooling
The pipe passes through a spray or immersion cooling tank to solidify its structure while maintaining dimensional stability.
Haul-Off
A caterpillar haul-off unit grips the pipe and pulls it at a synchronized speed, ensuring uniform tension and straightness.
Cutting
An automatic cutting machine trims the pipe to specified lengths (e.g., 6m/12m) with clean, burr-free edges.
Stacking/Packaging
Finished pipes are conveyed to a stacking rack or bundled automatically for storage/transportation.
Quality Inspection
Optional inline systems check pipe dimensions, pressure resistance, and surface quality.
