APPLICATION:

Technological processes

Material Feeding

PE plastic granules are fed into the hopper of the extruder.

Optional drying system (if moisture absorption is a concern).

Melting & Extrusion

The single screw extruder heats and melts the plastic granules.

The screw rotates to push the molten plastic through the die head, forming a continuous pipe shape.

Vacuum Sizing & Calibration

The extruded pipe passes through a vacuum sizing tank to ensure accurate diameter and roundness.

Cooling water sprays help solidify the pipe structure.

Cooling

The pipe moves through a cooling tank (spray or immersion type) to fully harden.

Hauling (Pulling)

Stacking & Packaging
