APPLICATION:
Our PE Plastic Water Drainage Pipe Extrusion Machine is a high-performance production line designed for manufacturing polyethylene (PE) drainage pipes used in agricultural, construction, municipal, and industrial applications. Production Process of PE Water Drainage Pipes:
Raw Material Feeding
PE pellets are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
Optional drying system ensures moisture-free material for better extrusion quality.
Melting & Extrusion
The single/twin-screw extruder heats and melts the PE material (temp: 160°C–220°C).
The molten plastic is pushed through a die head to form a continuous pipe shape.
Vacuum Sizing & Cooling
The pipe enters a vacuum sizing tank to stabilize its diameter.
Water cooling tanks solidify the pipe for structural integrity.
Pulling & Cutting
A haul-off machine pulls the pipe at a controlled speed.
An automatic cutter cuts the pipe into desired lengths (or coiling for smaller diameters).
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are stacked or coiled for storage.
Quality inspection ensures dimensional accuracy and strength before packaging.
