PE Production Flow:

Material Feeding & Drying
PE resin (HDPE/MDPE/LDPE) is fed into the hopper, optionally dried to remove moisture.
For co-extrusion, multiple material feeders supply different layers (e.g., inner/outer layers + adhesive).
Melting & Extrusion
The main extruder melts and homogenizes the PE material.
In co-extrusion, auxiliary extruders process additional layers (e.g., barrier or colored layers).
Pipe Head & Die Forming
Molten plastic passes through a multi-layer die head, forming a seamless pipe structure.
Die design ensures uniform wall thickness and smooth surfaces.
Vacuum Sizing & Cooling
The pipe enters a vacuum calibration tank to set the exact diameter.
Subsequent water cooling tanks solidify the pipe while maintaining dimensional stability.
Pulling & Cutting
A haul-off unit pulls the pipe at a controlled speed.
An automatic cutter trims pipes to the required length (e.g., 6m, 12m, or custom sizes).
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are collected by a stacking machine or conveyor.
Optionally printed, labeled, or bundled for shipment.
