Process flow:
Plastic automatic charger→Hopper plastic dryer→Single screw extruder→Mould and calibrator→ Vacuum forming machine→Haul off machine→Cutting machine→Discharging rack
Raw Material Feeding – PE pellets are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
Melting & Extrusion – The screw extruder heats and melts the PE material, pushing it through the die head.
Vacuum Cooling & Shaping – The molten pipe passes through a vacuum calibration tank to form the corrugated shape and cool it rapidly.
Corrugation Molding – The pipe enters the corrugator mold, where it gets its ribbed structure for flexibility and strength.
Secondary Cooling – The pipe goes through a water cooling tank to stabilize its shape.
Traction & Cutting – An auto-puller draws the pipe forward, and a cutting device slices it to the required length.
Stacking & Packaging – The finished pipes are collected, inspected, and packed for shipment.
