Plastic PE Pipe Single Screw Double Screw Extruder Parallel
APPLICATION:
The Twin Screw Extruder are mainly used for the processing of the soft/hard PE pipe and other polyolefin products, especially the direct processing of the plastic/powder materials.
Twin Screw Extruder is applicant for PE powder material, with different mould and downstream equipment; the plastic extruder can produce pipe, profile, plate& sheet, and pelletizing. The extruder features in good plastic extrusion, good plasticization, even melting, high output capacity, wide application and reliable stability, specially designed gearbox and distributor and reinforced thrust bearing realize large transmission torque and long operation time. Electrical control system: PLC auto control system or Omron temperature control, and ABB Invert/transducer, contactor, and several alarm system.

PE Production Flow:
Material →Color Mixer →Material Feeding →Single Screw Extruder →Extrusion Mould & calibrator → vacuum Calibration Cooling Tank → Spray Cooling Tank →Printer → Haul-off Unit →cutter →stacker or Coiler
Raw Material Feeding – PE pellets are fed into the extruder hopper.
Melting & Extrusion – The material is heated and melted in the screw extruder, then pushed through the die head to form the pipe shape.
Corrugation Molding – The molten pipe passes through a corrugator mold to create the ribbed structure for strength and flexibility.
Cooling & Shaping – The pipe is cooled in a vacuum water tank to solidify its shape.
Traction & Cutting – A haul-off machine pulls the pipe forward, and an automatic cutter trims it to the desired length.
Stacking & Packaging – Finished pipes are collected, inspected, and packed for shipment.
