This Plastic Pipe extrusion Machine is mainly used to produce agricultural/water supply/drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc. This pipe extrusion line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PPR powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.
Plastic pipe making machine production line is consist of SJZ series conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum cooling tank, spray cooling tank(for big size pipe), haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker, etc. It also need some auxiliary machinery. For example, hot&cooling mixer, crusher, milling machine, belling machine, etc. The hot&cooling mixer is necessary, others is optional

Hauling & Cutting
The haul-off unit pulls the pipe at a consistent speed.
An automatic cutter slices the pipe into desired lengths.
Printing & Coiling (for Drip Irrigation Pipes)
Laser or inkjet printing marks specifications (size, brand, etc.).
For drip pipes, perforation & coiling may be added before packaging.
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Pipes are checked for wall thickness, pressure resistance, and smoothness.
Final products are packed in coils or straight bundles for shipping.
