PPR Water Gas Oil Supply Pipe Tube Extrusion Production Line

The complete production line includes main loader, hopper dryer, extruder, mold, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter machine, and stacker. Optional equipment includes pipe crushers, belling machines, high-speed mixers, and weighing systems to meet specific production requirements.

Production Process Flow
PPR powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

Mould Design
Features specialized mold design with adapter for co-extrusion between two single extruders. The extended cooling calibrator enhances product performance characteristics.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Tank
Two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Constructed from stainless steel 304, the excellent vacuum system ensures precise pipe sizing. Extended 8-meter cooling process improves CPVC pipe cooling efficiency and surface quality.
Haul-off Unit
Three-crawler track design ensures stable and steady pipe movement. Haul-off units feature customizable hauling models adjustable through general control systems to meet specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoder provides precise and stable cutting length. PLC control system enables manual operation for specific applications. All cutting unit surfaces utilize stainless steel 304 to withstand CPVC material corrosion, ensuring extended working lifetime.
