Introduction:

This pe pipe extrusion line can be used in PPR Large Diameter Gas and Water Pipe which have excellent stiffness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance of environmental stress cracks, resistance to creep deformation, heat-linkage, and so on. So, this pipe production line is a preferred gas and water pipe for ductwork system between city and its suburb, Large diameter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gas supply systems.

Extrusion line details:

Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

 

1. The main machine adopts screws specially used for polyolefin. Equipped with auto vacuum charger and auto constant temperature dryer hopper, it possesses features of high production, good plasticization and stable extruding.

2. Die heads of helical type and basket type are perfect for polyolefin, and can help to produce sound melting pressure, and improve the plasticization capacity. Meanwhile, stable material-flow and pressure grade can be guaranteed.

3. Advanced vacuum calibrating method improves the cleanliness and hardness of surface. Reasonable high-speed sprinkling cooling water tank guarantees the pipe quality and high speed stable extruding.

4. Caterpiller of the hauling machine adopts anti abrassion alloy material, which realizes stable traction, wide frequency adjustment range and long lifespan.

 

Features

1- 30m/min of maximum lineal extrusion speed, big capacity and low power consumption, and achieved multi- layers co extrusion with 1-5 layers.
2- The copper bush is more wear-resisting and prevent material leakage which can guarantee a stable running of extruder.
3- Material feed via spiral groove, efficient transmission and can effectively reduce back-pressure on extruder.
4- Unique design (barrier, shearing and mixing zone) guarantees a uniformed plasticizing effect, and can reduce the pressure on the screw which guarantees a high speed and stable output capacity.
5- High torque gear box has a smart figuration, compact construction, low noise, high carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency can assure long-time trouble-free operation;
6- PCA(pipe air cooling system) of die head largely increase the extrusion speed and decrease the cooling length of extrusion line, and improve quality of inner pipe surface;
