Extrusion line details:
Material Feeding & Mixing
PPR resin pellets are fed into an automatic hopper and mixed with additives (if required) for enhanced properties.
Extrusion & Spiral Winding
The material is melted in a high-performance extruder and extruded into a continuous hollow profile.
The spiral winding machine forms the pipe by coiling the extruded profile in a helical pattern around a mandrel, creating a corrugated hollow-wall structure.
Cooling & Vacuum Calibration
The newly formed pipe passes through a cooling water tank to solidify its shape.
A vacuum calibration system ensures precise dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish.
Cutting & Stacking
An automatic cutting unit trims the pipe to the desired length.
The finished pipes are stacked or coiled for packaging.
Quality Inspection & Packaging
