Product Description
The WPVC door panel extrusion machine is widely used in the decoration industry, manufactured using PVC and wood powder materials. Available dimensions include 830mm, 950mm, 1000mm, 1100mm, with custom sizing options available.
The complete extrusion line features SJ92/188 extruder, 6m wide vacuum tank, saw cutter unit, and robotic handling system for automated panel collection. The entire production process operates fully automatically, requiring only one operator.

Features 92/188 conical twin screw and barrel design specifically for WPVC door panel production. Delivers excellent plastisization performance for PVC powder with capacity up to 800-1000kg/h. Utilizes premium Chinese brand components with dedicated screw channel design.
Wide panel mould with smooth internal flow channel surface. Precision engineering ensures stable operation and sufficient coating time, resulting in shiny, smooth finished products.
Equipped with 8-meter water circuit and vacuum system. Special layout enables rapid shaping and cooling for excellent window and door profiles. Constructed with stable steel frame and SUS 304 stainless steel for extended machine lifetime. Includes multiple water separators.
Each crawler track features independent motor drive for sufficient hauling force with even distribution. Highly synchronized hauling speed and force ensures consistent product quality. Direct cutting system applied for window and door profile production.
Automatic robot hand transfers produced door panel profiles from holder to landing area. Capable of 24-hour operation to maintain production capacity while significantly reducing labor costs.
