Single Screw Extruder Features specially designed screws optimized for processing dry PVC powder blends. The conical twin screw extruder ensures homogeneous mixture, superior plastification, and efficient material conveying. Powered by permanent magnet synchronous motors for high energy efficiency.
Plate Mould Double strand mould configuration for PVC trunking production significantly increases output. Advanced channel design provides exceptional flow performance and produces profiles with high dimensional precision.
Calibration Table Constructed with stable steel frame and SUS 304 stainless steel body. Features multi-dimension position adjustment system with precisely arranged water pumps and vacuum calibrators for rapid shaping and cooling of PVC profiles.
Haul-off System Provides uniform force distribution across all caterpillars with sufficient hauling capacity. High-quality rubber components and pneumatic pressure system enable easy adjustment and product protection.
Cutting Unit Ensures perfect finishing with clean, precise cuts on the final product.
We tested various PVC formulations, and the line handled them well. The calibration table ensures perfect profile shaping. Very suitable for mass production of shelf-edge price tags.
