Complete Extrusion System Components
  • Conical Twin Screw Extruder: Melts and stirs plastic material using special screw and barrel design for perfect mixing and homogeneity. Features SIEMENS driving motor for minimal electricity consumption, with optional PLC and touch panel automation systems.
  • Mould: Designed to provide ideal viscosity for melt material, shaping plastic after processing. All contact surfaces are polished to minimize friction losses.
  • Calibration Table: Subjects shaped profiles from mould to calibration and cooling. Design varies by profile type and characteristics, with stainless steel water-contact areas to prevent corrosion.
  • Crawler Track Haul-off: Design adapts to profile measurement contact area. Standard inverter control allows speed adjustment based on material output rate, with measurement adjustment capability.
  • Saw Cutter: High-efficiency cutting with synchronous saw table and clamp movement. Integrated dust collection unit effectively removes swarf and dust from production area.
Tip-off Unit: Operates on pneumatic cylinder system.
