FIBER GLASS REINFORCED PPRC PIPE PRODUCTION LINES WITH SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER

 

Single Screw Extruder:

The Single Screw Extruder is designed for the PE and PP pipe applications. Our target is to provide the optimal solutions for the customer’s special needs with the advantage of flexibility in material choices, high performance and long durability.

Our engineer combines practical customers' needs and optimal theoretical design to achieve a perfect fit every different offer.     

Following are the examples of our typical design features 

  • Different screw geometries for customer’s special needs
    Screw diameters from 45 to 160 mm

    L/D ratios from 30:1 to 36:1
    so that our extrusion line can achieve a better working situation and realize the better quality and productity

    Outputs from 85 to 1650 kg/h

  • Barrel with air cooling system
  • AC motors for low energy consumption

  • for the calibration process, our vacuum calibration sleeves are inside the vacuum tank

THE COMPLETE EXTRUSION LINES CONSIST OF FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Single Screw Extruder:

Extruder machine is applied for melting and stirring PE.

LANGBO employs the specific screw and barrel for material type that provides perfect mixing and homogeneous.

Our single screw extruders are featured high level technical solution such as screw geometry that is suitable for processing the plastic pipe extrusion. We use high wear resistant screw and barrel to make accurate control of melt conditions, homogenous temperature and pressure without variation and surging.

We use special gearbox for the extruder, which has axial bearings. Transfer the motor to the screw. For minimizing electricity consumption, we use the famous brand of driving motor of “SIEMENS” on our Extruder. Automation system designed with PLC and touch panel controller can be selected.

  • Die-Head:

Our die-head designing gives ideal viscosity to melt material for pipe producing. It gives tube or shape to plastic after processing. All faces the plastic in contact with is polish, so that frication losses minimized.

We produce single layer, two layer and multi layer pipe die-heads. Foil cover head. Over steel pipe plastic covering die-head and other special die-head.

  • Vacuum Tank:

The Vacuum Tanks are manufactured with stainless steel.

Our nozzles designing for maximum cooling performance. Cooled water sprinkles to hot plastic pipe outside face from the nozzles.

With high power water pump, cooled water can reach to pipe completely.

Our vacuum tank’s pressure can be adjusted, so vacuum pressure can be fixed according to pipe requirement.

We sealing gasket for every lid on the vacuum tank. This stops vacuum leakage and minimizing energy consumption.

  • Haul-off:

With the material we have used in our haul-off, we have very good adhesion to the pipe and ensure slip prevented.

The needed speed for setting of pallets can be changed with electrical inverter. Different line speeds are adjusted by using control panel easily.

We manufacture haul-off depending on pipe diameter from 2 pallets to 10 pallets.

Our haul-offs can work synchronously with pipeline. As the extruder speed increasing automatically, haul-offs speed is increased.

  • No Swarf/Dust Cutter:

The planetary saw cuts the pipe at designed length without any burr.

The cutting speed during the cutting is synchronous with the line speed by PLC, so accurate length is provided.

Pipe length to be cut is easily adjusted via the touch screen.

Pipe length measure by encode so desired length can cut precisely.

  • Pipe coiler:

The coiler is applied for winding PE pipes, corrugated pipes and dripping pipes.

We use torque motor for positioning pipes on the coil, that provides accuracy of coiling.

Our coilers can coil dia.16mm pipe up to dia. 125mm pipe. With the torque setting, tension of the pipe coming from the extrusion line can be adjusted easily.
