PVC Ceiling Panel Profile Extrusion Line
This complete PVC ceiling panel extrusion line consists of control system conical twin screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, haul-off unit, cutting machine and stacker. The production line features compact design, excellent plasticization, high output capacity, and long service life.
With interchangeable parts and die heads, this versatile extrusion line can also produce various other PVC profiles.

Complete Extrusion Line Components
Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Designed for melting and stirring plastic material, LANGBO's special screw and barrel type provide perfect mixing and homogenous output. The extruder features axial bearings in the gear box and utilizes SIEMENS driving motors to minimize electricity consumption. Automation system with PLC and touch panel controller is available.
Mould
Our specialized mould design provides ideal viscosity to melt material for profile production. All surfaces contacting plastic are polished to minimize friction losses.
Calibration Table
The shaped profile from the mould undergoes calibration and cooling processing. Design varies according to profile type and characteristics, with stainless steel water-contact areas to prevent corrosion.
Crawler Track Haul-off
Features inverter control for speed adjustment according to material output rate. Design changes based on profile measurement and contact area requirements.
Saw Cutter
High-efficiency cutting with synchronous saw table and clamp movement. Integrated dust collection unit effectively removes swarf and dust from the production area.
Tip-off Unit
Operates on pneumatic cylinder system.
