This unit is professional line to produce WPC (PP/PE) profile product, including chairs,floors and trash can series profile product, PVC foaming profiles and decorative plates for making door.

Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → granulating → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cool molding die → vacuum calibration support →haul-off → cutter → rack → finished product
