Summary description:
Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.
Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.
Producing pipe diameter range Φ20-Φ160mm up to 250mm, speed range from 0.8-15m/min
Could produce PE pipe changing into related calibration/forming/sizing sleeve for PE pipe.
Flow process:
Vacuum feeder→Main single screw extruder+marking line extruder→Mould→Vacuum calibration spraying cooling tank→Pedrail haul-off machine→Chipless cutter/blade cutter(option)→reversible stacker
Note:It also could produce two-layer PPR and PE pipe
