CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER

 

COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:

 

Conical twin screw extruder is professional equipment to extrude PVC/ composite mixture of PVC and wood/composite pellets of PP/PE and wood. Equipped with different die head, downstream equipment, it can be applied for manufacturing of pipe, profile, composite profile, panel, sheet and pelletizing, etc.. It consists of following items:

  • Driving motor: equipped with famous brand motor as driving source
  • Gearbox: equipped with famous brand gearbox to ensure the maximum output of power
  • Screw & barrel: it is made of bi-metallic. The screw core is equipped with device of temperature regulation of oil as medium and barrel is equipped with air blower as cooling device. The designing of screw and barrel will adapt the reasonable and optimal structure based on the characteristics of the formula of raw material ensure to get the plasticizing and melt stream for plastics.
  • Control system: equipped with famous brand electrical components ensure to get the accurate control.
