Product Description
The PE sewage pipe extrusion machine is engineered to produce various pipe types including PPR cold and hot water pipes, single and double pipes, PE/PP/PE-RT/PEX pipes, and silicon core pipes. Capable of producing concolorous pipes using a single extruder or multi-layer co-extruded pipes with multiple extruders for different color layers.
Key Features: High-efficiency special screw ensures stable quality and high extrusion output. Lattice bracket die achieves low melting pressure and plasticizing temperature for wide processing range. Durable tractor crawler track with strong abrasion resistance provides stable high-speed traction power. Dust-free cutting machine operates with low noise and high precision for smooth, flat pipe cutting edges.
