Production Process
PVC powder + additives → Mixing → Material feeder → Twin-screw extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum and cooling tank → Spraying cooling machine → Haul-off machine → Cutting machine → Discharge rack or pipe belling machine.

Haul-Off Unit
Equipped with three crawler tracks for stable and steady movement of produced pipes. Adjustable general control allows customization to meet specific production requirements with flexible hauling modes.
Cutting Unit
Features high-precision encoder for accurate and stable cutting lengths. PLC-controlled system supports manual operation for cutting according to specific application needs.
