Processing Process
Production Workflow: PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder → twin screw extruder → mould → calibration table → haul-off machine → laminating process → cutting machine → discharge rack
Our wide panel extrusion line features a conical twin screw extruder with an integrated degassing system that ensures superior material plasticization. The mould and calibration table are constructed from wear-resistant materials, while the haul-off machine provides consistent force for stable operation. Our fully-oiled laminating process enhances lubrication, and we utilize rotary knife technology to maintain precise panel profile lengths.
