Production Process Description

Raw material + master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder → material dryer → single screw extruder (small CO-extruder) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank (water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine → stacker

Single screw extruder with auto feeding machine. Extruder size according to different requirements of pipe diameter.

Pipe forming machine with forming mould. The forming machine can make vacuum type and normal type. Vacuum type is suitable for making corrugated pipe with joints, such as washing machine pipes and shisha hookah hoses.

Haul Off (Puller) Machine: Pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through the vacuum and cooling tank.

Cutter Machine: Cuts PE pipe to desired length programmed into the HMI.

Accumulator Machine: Maintains buffer between change over of coils.

Coiler Machine: Allows coiling pipe for sale and distribution.
