1.This whole washing recycling production line is mainly composed of crushing, washing, and drying
systems. This production line is used for washing and recycling PE/PP film, PP woven bags.

Waste Plastic film/bags washing recycling machine
This series washing line is widely used to recycle waste PP woven bags, PE Plastic film, plastic bags, plastic
garbage, waste plastic mulch film and so on.The line is consist of a plastic crusher machine, Friction washing
machine, Auto float washing tank, hot dryer machine ,hot washing tank ,plastic dewatering machine, etc.
The crusher machine blade structure is V shape which can high efficient to crush film or bags . The float
The washing tank has 5 rollers on the top, the last roller control by an inverter. rigid plastic will be drained out in the
bottom. the friction washer machine will pre-washing material and remove dirty water and so on , it has
1200RPM.plastic dewatering machine with 1500RPM Spin to remove dirty water.the final moisture content
5~8%.
We can use them to be granules which is after crushing washing and drying. This washing line is high
automatic operating and save labor cost and low after maintenance.
The washing recycling line could be displayed "L" or "U" shape according customers workshop. Our company
also supply plastic film pelletizing machine
