The extrusion line is newly developed based on European technique of new type pipe production line.
Description:
1. The shrinkable PP PE PVC single wall corrugated pipe production line is self-developed on the basis of
original single wall corrugated pipe machine. The machine can produce pipes on a continuous manner with
automatic shrink and automatic cutting.
2. Compared with blowing molding technology, the corrugated pipe making machine has high production
speed, high continuity, easy operation and can promote the production efficiency and save labor cost. The
final product is widely used in lavatory pipe, medical pipe etc.
3. The line shall be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugation pipe in PVC,PP and PE raw
material. Molding corrugation pipe with smooth inside and outside surface,and even ripple at one time by
corresponding die;
4. Used as wire and cable passing pipe ,washing machine drain pipe,dust collector pipe and ventiduct;
Small size corrugation pipe of 4-6.7 are used in car.
