1 PVC / UPVC pipe production line is used in the production of various water supply, drainage, electrical and electric line pipe, etc..
2. The Extruder with the energy-efficient conical twin-screw and specially designed mould can achieve one-time two-piece of PVC pipe extrusion. It can improve productivity and efficiency, save space and labor costs.
3. For PVC pipe designed clean cutting machine is equipped with independent variable frequency speed regulation. According to the production's condition, the cutting speed can be adjusted. With the Hough clamping device, the fixture can maintain a longer life, the cutting surface is smooth, no burr. To solve the PVC chip dust pollution problem, an incremental encoder meter long cutting is appliedd, so that products are cut to size consistency.
4. With our ink printer customer can reduce more cost on print asset. Our ink nozzle can move between double spurt and print dual character.
5. Our twin-screw feeding device is special designed for PVC powder; an energy efficient feeding is one of the important reasons for our high capacity. What’s more, the feeding concept effectively prevent powder in the feeding process of bridging and material shortage phenomenon occurred.

1. extruder: adopting conical twinscrew extruder, unique designed screw, realizing shorting plasticizing time, good compounding and excellent plasticization.
2. gearbox: adopting super quality gear box and reducer, with nice outline, stable running, low noise and long service time.
3. extruding barrel temperature controlling system: adopting cast aluminum heaters with stainless steel covers, wind cooling system, ensuring good features of cooling and heating, precision temperature controlling.
4. screw and barrel: screwcore installing with internal temperature controlling system, barrel equipped with vacuum degassing system, can get rid of the waste gas from the raw material which can guarantee super quality of the products.
5. driving system: adopting A.C motor, using FUJI or ABB inverters which provide stable torque output and various speed.
6. vacuum calibrating tank: with two vacuum chambers which can make sure the perfect roundness of the pipe, spraying water cooling, equipped with temperature controller, realizing automatic discharging the water, the main body of the tank make of stainless steel, long service time.
7. haul off machines: 2 laws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws and 8 claws are provided to manufacture various pipes, haul-off speed governed by the FUJI or ABB inverter.
8. cutting unit: saw cutting and planet saw cutting, with dust collection system.
9. staking unit: automatic overturning system, can freely fix the length of the pipe.
10. controlling system: manual controlling cabinet or SIEMENS PLC touch screen controlling.
