Application:
- It is widely applied to mixing, stirring, drying and coloring of various materials in industries of plastic, rubber, pharmacy, fuel, food, daily chemicals, etc. SHR series mixers adopt advanced design, so it convenient and safe for operation. It offers small size, light weight, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low noise.
- SHR series high speed silver powder mixers with two-stage mixed model are suitable for mixing various granular or massive solid powder with silver powder. Meantime the materials can be mixed by flow guiding. The temperature is controlled accurately with variable frequency. There is no powder leakage with good sealing. The mixers have the advantage of easy operation, mixing efficiently and high yield. Mixers are equipped with security interlock system, operational safety. This machine also can apply to manufacture silver powder, copper powder and nickel powder etc.
Machine features:
- The upper set is for hotting, and the lower one is for cooling;
- We also can use the variable-frequency motor as your needs;
- Five parts included in this unit: two containers, transmission agent, pneumatic components, cooling system and base structure.
- The container:
- The interior is made of stainless steel with polished finish;
- The cover adopts aluminium alloy castings with inlet orifice and air exit hole, we also can produce it as your requirements;
- The discharge hole is made of aluminium alloy; the valve is controlled in the force of pneumatic;
- The paddle is made of stainless steel in the structure of top, center and bottom;
- Temperature measuring equipment (TME) in the interior wall of the container;
- Mixing uniformity, good sealing performance.
- Easily cleaning, change color conveniently.
- Temperature is controlled accurately with frequency conversion.
- There are interlock system of safety protection and overload protection for motors, operational safety.
