The whole length of the scew is about 2460mm. The length ensures the good plastizing abillity and the high extrusion capacity.

Our pipe extrusion line can produce piping of 110-315mm diameter range. This line is completely bespoke and offers excellent productivity and high throughput. Technical Parameters:

The model 50B has a pipe range of 16–50 mm and its screw model is 51/105. It has a throughput of 200 kg.

The model 50C is similar, but its throughput is 250 kg. Its pipe range and screw model are the same, between 16–50 mm and 65/132 respectively.

The model 63B has the highest throughput of 280 kg. Its pipe range and screw model are again 16–63 mm and 65/132 respectively.
