By this way, the cost of the product has decreased and more situation can use. The pvc type wpc is mainly used as decoration. The PP/PE type wpc is mainly used as wpc floor.

Co-extrusion lines for WPC profile:

For this line, our customer want to produce the PP/PE+wood type wpc profile. Meanwhile it needs different color, so wo adopt co-extrusion machine to make the profile. The main extruder is SZSJ65/132 37kw to ensure the inner layer. Another extruder is smaller one to ensure the surface layer. The special designed mould ensures the stable extruding of the wpc profile. Through water spraying and cooling on the calibration table, the profile will be cut at exact length. 

The wpc profile produced by our extrusion line has beatiful and smooth surface.
