TWO COLORS PC LED TUBE EXTRUSION LINE

 

DETAILS OF EXTRUSION LINE

In the middel west countries, the LED light market is vast and huge demand. For the LED light, the cover and bottom profile is made by PC material. The two colors PC LED tube needs co-extrusion crafts. For this line, it equips one 65/28 22kw extruder and another 50/28 11kw extruder. The co-extrusion ensures the profile with two color. We adopt 2500mm long and 600mm width calibration table. For the haul-off machine, it is two belt haul-off method.It ensures the cover and bottom LED light tube fix each other greatly. At the end, we have cutter unit and stacker for lying the finished PC profile.
