PVC silent pipe is a specially designed UPVC pipe with superior noise reduction capabilities. The UPVC silent pipe mold is engineered to produce pipes with inner-vacuum frame structure for optimal acoustic performance.

Twin Screw Extruder Machine
Our extruders are built with premium components including Siemens-Beide motors and renowned Chinese brand gearboxes to ensure production stability, efficiency, and long-term durability. The 45kW power configuration provides sufficient pushing force for CPVC material processing. Our screw and barrel, manufactured from 38CrMoAl material, are specially designed to withstand high corrosive characteristics.
