This PVC curtain profile extrusion line is engineered for specialized shape production. The SJSZ55/28 37kW extruder features button-controlled operation with premium inverters and electrical contractors. The specially processed mould ensures optimal profile performance, while the 8-meter calibration table constructed with 3mm SUS304 connection parts provides superior stability. Special curvature haul-off rubber delivers consistent pulling force, resulting in perfect profile extrusion during trial runs.

Calibration Table: Features stable steel frame with SUS 304 stainless steel construction. Multi-dimension position adjustment system with precisely arranged water pumps and vacuum calibrators for rapid PVC profile shaping and cooling. Extended length ensures complete profile formation.
Haul-off: Even force distribution with sufficient hauling capacity. High-quality rubber components with pneumatic pressure adjustment for easy operation and product protection.
Cutter: Saw cutting method provides sharp, clean cuts without compromising the PVC profile's internal structure.
