Short description:
The pvc edge banding tape extrusion line, pvc seal strip production line, furniture pvc edge band taping production line is mainly used to produce pvc edge banding, pvc edge bands, pvc edge strips for decoration.
 
Applications:
The produced PVC edge banding tape is commonly used in the woodworking and furniture industries to cover the exposed edges of materials like polywood, particleboard or medium-density fiberboard. It serves both a functional and aesthetic purpose, providing a finiashed look while protecting the edges from moisture, damage, and wearness.
It is easy operation, fantastic decoration, non-colour variation after trimming and polishing, high flexible effects, superior durability and wearability, stain and chemical resistance.
 
Producing process:
1) Conical twin screw extruuder 51/105, 65/132
2) Edge banding die head
3) Vacuum calibrating table
4) Haul-off machine

6) Winding machine

permanent magnet synchronous motor for reducing around 10% energy consumption comparing with DC or AC Motor.

Mould
Specially design for flow channel for superb pvc edge banding tape shaping and reasonable melt pressure.
The large compression ratio ensures the excellent plasticizing effect.
Delicated material flow channel ensure the size of the finished product.
 
Soaking tank
4000-6000mm length soaking tank ensures the enough cooling time of the PVC edge banding tape shape. We adopt nozzels and blowers to ensure the PVC edge tape dry before entering into the next cutting stage.
 
Hual-off and cutter
We adopt belt haul-off machine. Customized hauling concept adopted based on certain production requirement
Suitable cutting concept based on production requirement
high accuracy encoder ensures a precise and stable cutting length
Hauling-off and cutting combination is optional with the advantage of space saving.
 
Coiler
The finished PVC edge banding tape will be coiled continuously by the coiler. The finished roll product will be much easy for transportation and selling.
