Product Description
This complete PVC pipe production line manufactures PVC/UPVC pipes ranging from 16mm to 800mm in diameter. The system produces pipes with various diameters and wall thicknesses for electrical conduit, agricultural, and construction plumbing applications.
The manufactured UPVC pipes are used for electrical conduit, water supply, sewage systems, house decoration, chemical transportation, and gas distribution lines. These pipes feature high strength, structural integrity, excellent chemical resistance, durability, thermal stability, non-toxic safety, and cost-effectiveness.
PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum and cooling tank → spraying cooling machine → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack or pipe belling machine.
